The work

We operate like a production team:

• commissioning gates and acceptance tests,
• runbooks as a deliverable (MOP/SOP),
• telemetry as part of “done,”
• safety and change control as non-negotiables.

Roles we hire for (as we scale)

• Electrical: power topology, redundancy, commissioning, controls.
• Mechanical/Thermal: cooling plant design, liquid-ready paths, fault tolerance.
• Network: latency-aware fabrics, carrier strategy, segmentation, validation.
• Security: physical security workflows, access control logging, auditability.
• Operations: facilities ops, preventative maintenance, incident management, customer comms.
• Program delivery: permitting sequencing, vendor management, schedule governance.
