Heat reuse

Heat reuse is only real if it is engineered into the project with a credible off-take partner and measurable outcomes. We treat it as an engineering and partnerships problem, not a marketing slogan.

Heat reuse becomes feasible when at least one of these is true:

  • District heating or municipal partners exist (or can be developed with aligned incentives).
  • Industrial off-take exists nearby (process heat demand with steady utilization).
  • Controlled-environment agriculture can benefit (greenhouses, drying, etc.), with year-round demand.
  • Thermal plant choices that allow heat capture without compromising uptime targets.
  • Clear separation between customer workload variability and heat delivery commitments.
  • Instrumentation so “reuse” can be measured, audited, and improved.
  • We describe criteria and approach before claiming outcomes.
  • We align heat reuse opportunities to site selection and permitting realities.
  • We publish what we will measure once a specific project is underway (partner + design locked).
