Local jobs & training
We intend to build long-lived infrastructure across multiple geographies. That only works if we build local capability—not just buildings.
What we mean by “local jobs”
Section titled “What we mean by “local jobs””- Construction and trades: electrical, mechanical, controls, and safety.
- Commissioning: test discipline across power, thermal, networking, and security systems.
- Operations: facilities operations, NOC/SOC workflows (as required), incident management, and preventative maintenance.
Training pipeline (designed program)
Section titled “Training pipeline (designed program)”We design the talent pipeline as part of delivery:
- Role maps: what “good” looks like for each role (skills, certifications, safety requirements).
- Apprenticeship paths: shadowing during commissioning and early operations.
- Runbook culture: training includes documentation discipline, not just tool usage.
What we will measure and report (as we scale)
Section titled “What we will measure and report (as we scale)”- Hiring mix (local vs remote) by function.
- Training hours and certification attainment.
- Safety metrics appropriate to construction and operations phases.
- Local supplier participation where feasible.
This is a commitment to building operational depth—the only durable advantage in infrastructure.
