Procurement checklist (RFP-ready)
This is the procurement-oriented version of our capacity request checklist. It is designed for hyperscaler sourcing: clear inputs → clear outputs → commissioning-gated milestones.
What we need from you (inputs)
Section titled “What we need from you (inputs)”Workload + performance
Section titled “Workload + performance”- inference modality (text / embeddings / image / video / agentic / mixed)
- target regions and any hard (p95/p99) latency requirements
- concurrency / QPS and burst behavior
Data + networking
Section titled “Data + networking”- expected ingress/egress and traffic shape
- private connectivity needs (if any)
- data gravity + residency constraints (if any)
Reliability + operations
Section titled “Reliability + operations”- availability expectations and maintenance windows
- redundancy posture (targets)
- incident comms channel and cadence
Security + compliance
Section titled “Security + compliance”- tenancy model (dedicated suite vs shared)
- access controls + audit logging expectations
- compliance targets (as targets, with validation milestones)
What you get back (outputs)
Section titled “What you get back (outputs)”Within the first scoping cycle, you should expect:
- a feasibility summary (constraints that dominate schedule and cost),
- designed-for target alignment (what we build toward),
- a phased milestone plan tied to commissioning gates,
- an initial risk register (power, fiber, permitting, supply chain, staffing).
