Connectivity & integration

Connectivity is an inference constraint. We design for predictable latency and stable throughput, not just “internet works.”

  • Primary goal: predictable latency and stable throughput under real production load.
  • Default posture: carrier diversity + clear separation boundaries.
  • Activation model: onboarding requirements + milestone-based go-live.
  • Public connectivity: internet ingress/egress with defined controls and monitoring.
  • Private connectivity (when required): private interconnect options depending on region and carrier availability.
  • Cross-connects: where applicable, we align on physical handoff details and logical boundaries.
  • Regions: where your users are and where you need latency coverage.
  • Bandwidth: expected ingress/egress and traffic shape.
  • Data flows: where data originates and any residency constraints.
  • Security: tenancy needs, access controls, audit logging expectations.
  • Comms: primary incident comms channel and escalation contacts.
  • Connectivity works as expected (baseline latency/throughput checks).
  • Separation boundaries are correct.
  • Monitoring is live and alerting is actionable.
