  • inference modality + latency regions,
  • traffic shape (ingress/egress),
  • tenancy needs (dedicated vs shared),
  • security/compliance targets,
  • operations expectations (maintenance windows, comms cadence).

We identify the schedule and cost drivers early:

  • utility interconnect timeline and base-load stability,
  • carrier/fiber reality and latency paths,
  • permitting critical path,
  • thermal and water constraints,
  • staffing and on-call posture.

We promise milestones that can be validated, not capacity claims:

  • commissioning gates for power/thermal/network,
  • telemetry + runbook readiness,
  • access workflows and tenant boundaries tested,
  • go-live criteria and rollback posture.
